Gerringong upgrade – review of environmental factors
In June 2009 the RTA announced a preferred option for the upgrade of the Princes Highway between Gerringong and Bomaderry.
The RTA is planning the work as three separate projects:
- Gerringong upgrade (Mount Pleasant to Toolijooa Road). More
- Foxground and Berry bypass (Toolijooa Road to Schofields Lane).
- Berry to Bomaderry upgrade (Schofields Lane to Cambewarra Road).
The review of environmental factors for the Gerringong Upgrade assesses the potential environmental and social impacts associated with the proposed Gerringong Upgrade and makes recommendations for the mitigation of these impacts. Download the Gerringong Upgrade review of environmental factors here

The RTA has extended the time for submissions for the Gerringong Upgrade review of environmental factors by one week. The RTA displays and information sessions will still end on the advertised date of Friday 2 July 2010, however submissions will remain open until Friday 9 July 2010.

Staffed displays
At the following display location members of the project team will be available to discuss the review of environmental factors in more detail. Concept designs showing all access arrangements as well as 3D animations of the upgrade will also be available.
